Colten Yager, a seasoned agricultural professional with deep roots in dryland wheat farming in Western Kansas, joined Farmland Company Management, Inc. in 2025. As an experienced Farm Manager, Certified General Appraiser, and Farm Real Estate Specialist, he oversees a diverse portfolio, including tenant farming and ranching operations. Colten actively manages capital improvement projects, conducts regular farm inspections, and continually seeks innovative ways to enhance farm productivity and profitability. Colten will also contribute to the valuation of farm and ranch land, bringing his in-depth knowledge of the agricultural industry. He will represent both buyers and sellers in maximizing their land purchase or sale, leveraging his experience and expertise to lead his clients through real estate transactions. 

Prior to joining Farmland Company, Colten served as an Area Representative for Halderman Farm Management and Real Estate, where he gained valuable experience in farm management, real estate, and appraisal across Michigan and Indiana. This diverse experience across various agricultural sectors and regions provides Colten with a unique and insightful perspective.

Colten currently resides outside Spokane, WA with his wife Addie and their two children, Lyla and Bronco. An avid outdoorsman, he cherishes his role as a husband and father.
